The FCC hitting AV broadcasters left and right with hefty fines is also NEWS.
The censored subject: Radio station stalkers are like those who stalk actors & actresses, they are domestic terrorist. More than one broadcaster has been harmed by one of these stalkers. A KMPC traffic reporter was killed by a stalker, just before going on a cruise with his wife. You moderators like so many others don’t take this crime seriously, why else would you pull the post about a radio station stalker being arrested. In the censored post no names were used, only the broadcaster affected was mentioned. I see radio people being trashed on this board on a daily basis, sometimes by moderators themselves. This is a serious matter not people bashing.
I urge you to check the definition of a stalker or terrorist in a dictionary; you will find it describes what these people do. They enjoy terrorizing, it’s the same power trip a rapist feels. One area broadcaster described on his radio show the terror he and his family went though for years from a stalker. The stalker would seize his private phone line for hours, even in an emergency when his wife went into labor the guy would not give up the line. (Anyone who has ever had phone service from GTE in the past knows the caller has control of the line).
I urge the moderators of this board to take this problem with stalkers seriously, rather it’s Radio Brandy or High Desert Broadcasting, theses people can’t be ignored. You must understand theses people are sick and are a danger to the radio community, and it has been proven these stalkers will kill you if ignored.
As stated in the earlier post I have no connection with High Desert Broadcasting or Radio Brandy. I am like a few other radio people in the High Desert, being hammered by RB’S stalker on a radio station board for a radio station I consult for.
I take this stalker seriously enough to have filed a report with the Kern County Sheriff; yes I take all theses nut jobs seriously as all broadcasters should. I think it would be interesting to see how many broadcasters in LA radio have been stalked and how it started. If you think the stalker for High Desert Broadcasting is any different than Radio Brandy’s or any other station then you must educate yourself.
Karen Garcia ignored her stalker and paid with her life; to everyone’s surprise it started out just like Radio Brandy’s stalker then escalated to phone calls and following from market to market. If you get one of theses stalkers on you, don’t blow it off get the law involved, even if they blow you off at first. Do your best to document everything "the DA likes documents". In closing I ask you. What if High Desert Broadcasting’s stalker was not arrested where would it have stopped?
Even an old KMRichard’s colleague from Mojave is being stalked right now. Put on ignored at first, it has now escalated to his stalker dropping in at his house at all hours of the night, scaring the daylights out of his wife.
